I dont understand the meaning of the new. This signal represent the forbidden act of make sound the claxon , here in Spain are a lot in hospitals zone, even the ambulances cannont start the sirens in that areas.
Trumpets should be seen and not heard.
And I thought American literacy rates were bad. If the Chinese have resorted to using crude pictures to get the point across............
