This is awesome. I wish they actually did this. I live in LA, land of the cellphone/Blackberry assholes. The other day, I saw some stupid chick talking on her phone, putting on eyeliner and driving all at once on La Brea avenue. I was hoping she'd get creamed at the next intersection. No dice. Oh well.

Those people are dangerous! I got blasted about a week ago from a 22yr old girl who ran a stop light while talking on her cell phone.
If I had not floored it my 16yr old son might be dead.
As my Dad always would say "Use your head, that's what God gave it to you for!"
Damned if you do, damed if you don't; it's a catch 22.
