Yuck!! this is enough to make anyone lose one's appetite. I know if it were me there, I'd have to switch tables with my back to them or barf into the McDonald's tray. Yech! to America's obesity problem.
Its a shame that some people who call themselves parents would ALLOW this to happen to their child. I take my duaghter for french fries from time to time, but I get soooooooooo ticked at these lazy parents who take their kids their every day and THENNNNNNNNNNN because their kids get diabetes or other health problems because they are obese, they turn around and SUE McDonalds... I dont blame McD's I BLAME the parents...
And YES watch Supersize Me... Makes ya NOT want to any fast food ever again LMAO

Ya know Mcdonald's can be bad, and yes there are bad parents, but has anyone considered this kid has a medical condition that is spurring on his obesity. It's pretty easy to sit on our computers and laugh at another person's expense.
Chubby chubby with it! Anyway... You may think its stupid, but all you people have to do is to eat ONLY ONE burger at the time. And do not use it as a real meal.

This is just so gross. His parents should be ashamed. If they wouldn't take him to McFat, the kid wouldn't be fat.
